As a team member of the Carlsbad Aquafarm, you will connect with the public and convey the benefits of sustainable aquaculture while giving tours of the farm and leading shucking demonstrations. You will also be able to take a hand in the core of farm operations assisting in harvesting, processing, and tumbling shellfish and growing and preparing shellfish to sell to the public. The weekly schedule of farm operations includes Tour Guiding on the weekends and working as a Farm Hand during the week—weekend availability is required.
